Key responsibilities • Design and develop AI and ML models for real-world business use cases. • Build, optimise and deploy machine-learning pipelines. • Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering and model evaluation. • Integrate AI solutions into existing applications and workflows. • Translate business requirements into technical solutions with cross-functional teams. • Continuously improve model performance and scalability. Required skills and experience • 3–6 years of experience in AI and ML development. • Strong Python proficiency with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch. • Experience with NLP, computer vision or generative-AI use cases. • Hands-on experience with model deployment and APIs. • Familiarity with AWS, Azure or GCP. • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms and statistics. Preferred skills • Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering or AI frameworks. • Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools. • Exposure to big-data technologies. • Strong analytical thinking, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
