What we are looking for
Requirements • Qualified Chartered Accountant (mandatory). • 8–12+ years of experience in finance roles. • Expertise in financial reporting, cash-position management and balance-sheet review. • Experience in real estate and/or manufacturing. • Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory reporting. • Advanced Excel and financial-modelling skills. Key responsibilities • Manage balance-sheet, profit-and-loss and cash-flow reporting. • Monitor and control project cash positions and forecasts. • Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. • Ensure compliance with IFRS and financial regulations. • Partner with internal and external stakeholders.
